Bill Warren Painting Services' Staff

Our staff are dedicated to Bill Warren's own highest standards in workmanship and service

Bill Warren Painting Service was founded in 1995 when one man arrived in Darwin with the bare essentials to undertake his trade as a painter. Soon, Bill’s reputation for quality and reliability meant that the workload was rapidly growing, and so too was the business.

In 1998, BWPS moved into a permanent office/warehouse facility in Winnellie which has been home ever since, with a few necessary expansions along the way. In 2000, the Arden Spray Booth was installed to increase BWPS’s range of services and tackle the traditionally quiet Top End wet season, as it can be used for a range of workshop based painting and decorating solutions all year round in any weather. As well as expanded undercover workspace and other safety and efficiency improvements, the latest addition to the property – a huge in-ground spa with swim-up bar – has proved a hit in keeping up staff morale!

This kind of commitment to attracting and retaining staff in a traditionally transient industry means that BWPS can now call on a reliable workforce of 16 permanent painters, managers, labourers and apprentices (along with a fleet of five vehicles), all dedicated to Bill Warren’s own highest standards in workmanship and service.
